Qualifications

• Active Illinois PERC Guard Card is required.
• 20-Hour IL security training certificate is required.
• Previous security experience is required, with a preference for medical/clinic/hospital settings.
• Strong professionalism and excellent communication skills for healthcare environment.
• Ability to handle stressful or emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide security for the clinic, including monitoring access points and ensuring the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.
• Conduct regular checks of the premises to prevent unauthorized access and identify any potential safety risks.
• Respond to incidents or emergencies following established protocol.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with staff, patients, and visitors.
• Write detailed reports of daily activities, security incidents, or any unusual occurrences.
• Ensure the premises remain secure.
