Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a Hospital or Physician Office setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology beneficial.
• Must possess ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to multitask and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required when dealing with patients, co-workers, and the public.
• Excellent telephone etiquette skills are required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with a Windows environment required.
• Experience with office equipment (copiers, fax machines) preferred.
