Job summary

Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Clinic RN to provide comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care using the nursing process across direct, telehealth, or electronic encounters, collaborating with a care team.

Ensure compliance with nursing standards and organizational values across all patient interactions. Requires WA RN license, BLS certification, and 18 months of nursing experience.

Under the general direction of the Supervisor/Manager of Clinic Operations with clinical oversight from the Director of Clinical Operations, RN: The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Actions will reflect the organization's core values.
