Job summary

The RN collaborates with physicians and clinic staff to ensure high-quality, safe patient care and seamless operations. An Associate's degree is required, BSN preferred, and Wisconsin RN licensure is expected at hire.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Nursing program Required
• Bachelor's Degree (BSN) from an accredited Nursing program Preferred
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard clinical documentation practices
• Current Wisconsin RN license or compact equivalent and CPR/BLS certification required upon hire
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) may be required depending on specialty area

Responsibilities

• Performs timely and accurate patient assessments across clinical situations.
• Delivers comprehensive nursing care including rooming patients, obtaining vitals, administering medications and vaccines, and supporting provider visits.
• Responds to patient questions and coordinates care plans, referrals, and follow-up.
• Maintains accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborates with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic team members.
• Supports clinic operations amid fluctuating patient volumes and varying needs.
