Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise clinical staff and activities
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and timely patient care
• Support staff development and quality improvement
• Work with physicians on nursing-related practice
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse licensure in Washington
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in ambulatory settings
• Experience in delegating nursing responsibilities
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree, ACLS certification, leadership experience
