About MercyOne

MercyOne North Iowa is the largest healthcare provider in our region, serving over 400,000 patients annually. We are a private, not-for-profit hospital licensed for 346 beds, and a teaching institution conducting various residencies and fellowships. We also serve as a clinical training site for approximately 500 students from numerous colleges.

Position Responsibilities

As a Clinic RN, you will be responsible for delivering patient care within a multidisciplinary team, using the nursing process, and maintaining professional standards. You will manage nursing care related to assessment, promotion, maintenance, and restoration of patient health. Additionally, you will support clinical staff, evaluate and revise policies, and ensure the delivery of safe, quality care.

Schedule

• Part-time, 20 hours/week
• No weekend or holiday shifts

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing school
• Current Iowa RN license
• Preferred: Six months of ambulatory care experience
• Proof of BLS certification required prior to employment
• Completion of mandatory reporting requirements within 6 months of hire
