Responsibilities

• Accept responsibility and accountability for delivering patient care within a multidisciplinary team, using the nursing process and maintaining professional standards.
• Manage nursing care related to assessment, promotion, maintenance, and restoration of patient health and wellness within scope of practice.
• Direct and support nursing/clinical personnel providing patient care as assigned by the Clinic Manager.
• Evaluate, revise, and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient quality nursing care.
• Maintain clinical staff records, conduct in-services, and perform clinical staff functions.

Schedule

• Full time, 36 hours a week
• No weekends or Holidays

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of a school of nursing.
• Current Iowa RN license.
• Six months of experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
• Proof of BLS certification required prior to employment or within 60 days of hire.
• Complete Mandatory Reporting requirements within 6 months of hire and renew every 5 years.
