Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Family Medicine Salem

Schedule: Monday - Friday

No weekends or holidays!

Note: Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. Must also be available for monthly on-site clinic meetings.

The Primary Care Nurse completes triage, identifies abnormal patient symptoms and laboratory findings, notifies physicians, and provides treatment according to established protocols. Assists with EPIC in-basket management, including telephonic and MyMercy messages, test results, medication refill requests, etc. Inputs orders as needed to support providers and the clinical care team.

LPN Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing
• Licensure: Active LPN license
• Experience: 2-3 years preferred

RN Qualifications:

• Education: Associate of Applied Science in Nursing, graduation from an RN program, BSN, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Licensure: Active RN license
• Experience: 2-3 years preferred
