Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care using the nursing process, ensuring accountability and coordinating with other departments. You will evaluate care effectiveness and uphold patient rights and confidentiality in a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program and active licensure.
• Must obtain and maintain RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates care effectiveness provided by direct caregivers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
