Providence Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Tri-Cities, WA, seeks an experienced Clinic RN to provide comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using the nursing process across the lifespan via in-person and telehealth encounters.

You will collaborate with the health care team, maintain compliance with nursing standards, and support clinicians in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate's Degree Or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 18 months professional nursing experience

Under the general direction of the Supervisor/Manager of Clinic Operations with clinical oversight from the Director of Clinical Operations, RN: The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Actions will reflect the organization's core values.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
