Community Health Systems in Las Cruces, NM seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our MountainView Heart & Vascular clinic. You will deliver high-quality patient care, perform clinical assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with a skilled healthcare team.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of nursing experience in a clinical or outpatient setting required.
• RN license active in appropriate state.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients during intake, document symptoms and meds in EMR, initiate care plans.
• Administer vaccines, medications, and treatments per protocol.
• Perform diagnostic testing (lab draws, EKGs) and assist procedures.
• Triage patient concerns via phone or in person and coordinate care.
• Educate patients on disease processes, treatment plans, and medications.
