Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of residence.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency room settings.
• Phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing experience.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments within licensure scope.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing.
• Document patient medical histories, medications, allergies, and treatments in EMR.
• Support patient screening activities and health assessments.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
• Follow infection-control and patient safety protocols.
