Job description

**Responsibilities**

1. Provide care for patients throughout their entire clinic experience.
2. Administer medications accurately, safely, and consistently according to the patient’s care plan.
3. Complete thorough documentation on patients as required.
4. Practice sterile or clean techniques for wound care and dressing changes.

**Qualifications**

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license valid in our state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN, LPN, or CMA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Pay rates:

• RN Base Pay - $26.50/hour
• LPN Base Pay - $20/hour
• CMA Base Pay - $18/hour
