Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) for an Internal Medicine Residency setting in Spokane, WA. This full-time role supports triage, assessment and coordination of patient care within a dynamic clinic team.

The RN will utilize the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and APPs, and ensure ethical, patient-centered care. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 24-month commitment and a day shift.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or MLS (Multistate License endorsement).
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required; Advanced Life Support may be required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate nursing care.
• Triages patients in person, by telephone, and via secure messages using protocols and standards.
