Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Certification in specialty desired.
• Minimum of one year practicing as an RN preferred.
• Active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN license.
• Maintains specialty certification as per department scope.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provision of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care with evidence-based practice.
• Improve nursing care quality by collecting and analyzing data.

Education

Associate degree in nursing
