Job summary

UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, Illinois, is seeking a 100% FTE RN for a day shift (Mon–Fri, 8a–5p) on the Heart Hospital floor. The position offers a full benefits package and opportunities for career growth within a supportive governance framework.

Required state RN licensure and BLS/CPR certification, with a nursing degree from an accredited program. Computer experience is expected for daily charting and patient care tasks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
• Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois.
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.

Work Schedule

100% FTE, full-time. Day shift, M-F 8a-5p. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital, first floor of the Heart Hospital.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
