Job summary

Qualified candidates hold CT RN license and CPR certification, with preference for 3 years in a medical practice and experience with medical software.

• Current Connecticut RN license and CPR certification.
• Three years of experience in a medical practice preferred.
• Experience with medical software.

Responsibilities

• Provides office-based nursing care in collaboration with provider.
• Assesses physical and psychosocial needs and formulates nursing plan of care, ensuring continuity of patient care through appropriate evaluation and intervention.
• Triages telephone calls and initiates appropriate nursing interventions in a prompt, precise and professional manner.
• Assists patients and families with concern and empathy; respects confidentiality and privacy.
