LCMC Health is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our West Jefferson Medical Center outpatient clinic team. You will assess and coordinate patient care, support providers, and contribute to a positive patient experience in a fast-paced clinic setting.

The role requires a graduate of an accredited RN program, a current Louisiana RN license or temporary permit, and BLS certification. New grads are encouraged to apply and growth opportunities exist within our outpatient care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program.
• Current Louisiana RN license or temporary permit to practice professional nursing.
• Current BLS Provider Certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care while supporting providers and coordinating seamless healthcare experiences for patients and families.
• Prioritize and manage patient care activities in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate critical findings with providers and interdisciplinary teams.
