The Center for Elders' Independence is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing services to participants in San Leandro. Reporting to the Clinic Supervisor, the RN will assess participant needs, collaborate with care teams, and ensure adherence to care plans.
Qualified candidates must hold a current California RN License and possess at least a year of experience with elderly populations. This position offers an hourly pay range of $45.12 to $67.68, based on experience and skills.
The Center for Elders’ Independence is a PACE (Program of All- Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization that uses an interdisciplinary team approach to care planning and care implementation for the purpose of providing high quality, affordable, integrated health care services to the elderly, including an Adult Day Health Center, and promoting autonomy, quality of life and the ability of individuals to live in their communities.
Under the direction of the Clinic Supervisor, the Clinic Registered Nurse provides nursing services to participants at the CEI clinic by using the nursing process, collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary team members. The Clinic Registered Nurse communicates effectively with all members of the clinic team and other program staff to ensure that participants are receiving care that is appropriate and adheres to the participants’ plan of care.
The hourly pay range for the Clinic RN position at Center for Elders’ Independence is $45.12 to $67.68. Placement within the range is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data, consistent with CEI’s annual compensation review and established compensation practices.
