Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and families in a clinic setting in Springfield, MO. You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

At Golden Steps ABA, RBTs work directly with children and families to turn individualized treatment plans into everyday progress. You’ll receive guidance from a BCBA, collaborate with your team, and have opportunities to keep developing your skills.

• Pay: $19–$30 per hour

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide one‑on‑one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You’ll:

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families

Qualifications
