Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and families in a clinic setting. You will implement ABA plans developed by a BCBA and help clients build essential communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license and reliable transportation, if travel to client homes is required

At Golden Steps ABA, RBTs work directly with children and families to turn individualized treatment plans into everyday progress. You’ll receive guidance from a BCBA, collaborate with your team, and have opportunities to keep developing your skills.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You’ll:

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families
