Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in our Fort Wayne clinic. You’ll implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and document progress daily.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

At Golden Steps ABA, RBTs work directly with children and families to turn individualized treatment plans into everyday progress. You’ll receive guidance from a BCBA, collaborate with your team, and have opportunities to keep developing your skills.

What You Can Expect

• Pay: $22–$26 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
• Setting: Clinic in Fort Wayne

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You’ll:

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities is helpful, but not required
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements
• Reliable transportation to and from clinic location daily

Experience in childcare, education, special education, or a related field can be a strong foundation for this role.
