Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-home with children and young adults, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with a clinical team to support ongoing development.

Expect paid training, ongoing BCBA supervision, and opportunities for professional development as you help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills in their homes.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation, if travel to client homes is required.
• Experience in childcare, education, special education, or a related field can be a strong foundation for this role.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You’ll:

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
