Job summary

Northfield Hospital + Clinics in Northfield, MN seeks a Clinic Radiology Technologist to produce diagnostic radiographs and support patient care across ages.

You will prepare patients, operate radiology equipment, ensure exam accuracy, and communicate results to the care team. The role includes shifts with 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 7:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., with every 4th weekend rotation and staffing across clinic locations. On-site parking is available and more.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited school of radiology.
  • Current ARRT certification and/or state certification.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire date, company paid).

  • Ensures correct exam is performed.
  • Operates radiology equipment for data acquisition, reconstruction of images, documentation of images, and performs quality control measures for the purpose of ensuring optimal quality images.
  • Communicates pertinent data to persons responsible for the care of the patient following the examination.

Clinic Radiology Technologist

Job Summary

The Radiology Technologist provides services to patients and physicians through the creation of diagnostic images appropriate to the age of the patients. Responsible for meeting the established standards of practice and patient care, supplies and equipment, and for coordinating teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. The Radiology Technologist may serve patients of all ages.

Compensation

We are committed to providing wage ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on experience, education and internal equity considerations. The hourly wage range for this position is $32.45–$45.81. This range reflects the base salary for this position.

Key Accountabilities
  • Prepare patient for radiological procedures by accurately assessing patients' needs and providing patient education.

Schedule
  • 64 hours per two-week pay period (0.8 FTE)
  • Scheduled shifts may include: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 7:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Every 4th weekend rotation
  • Additional shifts may be available as needed
  • This position supports staffing needs across clinic locations in the Northfield area and may include day, evening, and weekend shifts
