Job summary

Northfield Hospital + Clinics seeks a Clinic Radiology Supervisor to lead radiology staff, oversee patient flow and imaging quality across multiple clinic sites. You will participate in interviews, performance reviews, and training to ensure safe, compliant care and efficient operations.

This role collaborates with Clinic Leadership to support services and drive improvements in imaging workflows. The position requires ARRT radiography registration and 3+ years of experience, with CPI and BLS/RQI

Qualifications

• ARRT registration in Radiography with 3+ years of radiology technologist experience.
• Must enroll in NH+C RQI for BLS and complete within 90 days of enrollment.
• Initial Crisis Prevention Certification (CPI) within six months.
• Workplace Violence education in new employee orientation and annually thereafter.
• English proficiency for safe and effective communication in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities, patient flow, operations and performance of clinic radiology technologists.
• Interview, schedule, conduct performance reviews and provide performance management.
• Direct daily work activities and ensure regulatory compliance of imaging systems.
• Collaborate with Clinic leadership on planning, delivery and support of Radiology Services.
• Coordinate and plan work assignments with technologists to optimize productivity.
• Promote continuous staff development and ensure standard of care across clinics.
