Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging exams under physician supervision. You will prepare patients, position them, operate radiology equipment, ensure image quality, and document procedures to support accurate medical records.

ARRT (R) certification is required; 1 year of experience is preferred. The role is on-site in North Carolina and supports a patient-focused radiology team.

Qualifications

• Required: ARRT (R) certification in Radiologic Technology.
• 1 year of experience preferred in diagnostic imaging.
• Graduate of an accredited radiology/imaging program.

Responsibilities

• Follows physician instructions on imaging area to examine.
• Instructs and reassures patients to reduce anxiety.
• Positions patients and adjusts equipment for quality images.
• Minimizes radiation exposure to patient and staff.
• Adheres to shielding and safety procedures.
• Documents procedures for proper patient records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
