Job summary

CHS Children's Hospital and Health System, Inc. is seeking a Radiographer to perform diagnostic imaging procedures focused on minimizing discomfort and anxiety for pediatric patients. The role includes operating and maintaining state-of-the-art radiology equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic radiology principles, hold ARRT registration, and possess a valid CPR certification. A $10,000 Sign-On Bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of diagnostic radiology principles and procedures, and operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Registered by ARRT and licensed as Registered Radiographer in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS certification from recognized organizations.

Job description

Job Summary

This position performs diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on minimizing discomfort and anxiety for pediatric patients and their families. The Radiographer will operate and maintain state‑of‑the‑art radiology equipment. The position is eligible for a $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Knowledge of diagnostic radiology principles and procedures, and operation and maintenance of radiologic equipment, as acquired through completion of an approved curriculum of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and currently licensed as a Registered Radiographer in the State of Wisconsin.
• Current CPR certification – Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Preferred schedule: Monday through Friday, 5p.m.–9p.m.; holiday rotation, 11a.m.–5p.m. (typically one per year).
