You’ll help create a welcoming patient experience and support the day-to-day operations of this busy, high-volume neurology practice. Responsibilities include:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in an office, customer service, call center, or administrative setting, healthcare experience helpful but not requiredHigh-volume phone experience strongly preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organization, accuracy, and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and remain calm in a busy environmentCertified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) certification preferred
