Job summary

Willapa Medical Clinic, part of the Willapa Harbor Hospital system, seeks a compassionate physician to join our community-oriented team in South Bend, WA. You will provide comprehensive medical care across the lifespan in an outpatient setting.

The role offers a competitive salary of $260,000–$300,000, relocation and housing assistance, a quality incentive bonus, CME, generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits. Washington license and DEA registration required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Washington State medical license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Experience in outpatient clinic settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Perform physical exams and interpret diagnostic results; prescribe medications and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyles.
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records.

Salary Range: $260,000.00 - $300,000.00 Salary/year

PAY RANGE: $260,000 to $300,000 depending on experience

SHIFT: 4, 10-hour days.
