Job summary

Native American Health Center (NAHC) in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Clinic Physician (Family Medicine/Internal Medicine) for full-time service. Under the Chief Medical Officer, you’ll deliver comprehensive primary care within an integrated multidisciplinary team, including preventive, chronic and urgent care, while coordinating with specialists and hospitals.

Ideal candidates hold MD/DO with CA license, board-eligible/certified, and DEA registration.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with active CA medical license.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible.
  • Current DEA registration.
  • Three+ years in a community clinic setting.
  • Spanish bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary, preventive, chronic, and urgent care.
  • Conduct physical exams and diagnostic assessments; order labs.
  • Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications; educate patients.
  • Maintain timely EHR documentation; participate in case conferences.
