Responsibilities

• Prepares, packages, compounds and labels non-sterile drug products for specific patients with final pharmacist checks.
• Assists pharmacists in advanced tasks related to patient care.
• Integrates with clinic teams to serve patients face-to-face and by phone.
• Handles all medication needs of patients and ensures adherence monitoring.
• Maintains clear communication with the centralized Patient Service Center.
• Helps develop new processes to improve operations and patient care.
