Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to handle clerical duties at a Lecanto medical clinic. This role requires flexible learning across all front office stations and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, healthcare exposure or related experience, and solid communication and multitasking abilities. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, on-site with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare experience preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to multitask and manage time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties for a medical clinic.
• Learn and perform all front office station duties.
• Assist co-workers and support cross-station coverage.
• Maintain accuracy in scheduling, data entry, and patient communications.
