Jobot is seeking a Veterinary Clinic Director to lead a modern practice designed for growth and exceptional care. You will oversee medical operations, staff, and financial performance while delivering high-quality medical care to a variety of animals.

You will build client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and lead ongoing staff development. We offer competitive base salary in the range of $170,000 to $250,000 per year, 401(k) match, PTO, and comprehensive benefits, plus accelerated

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years as practicing veterinarian with leadership/ownership experience preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills.
• Strong business acumen with clinic management experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for animal care and welfare; commitment to high standards.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Proficiency in veterinary software and technology.
• Current licensure in good standing to practice veterinary medicine.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the clinic including medical operations, staff management, and financial performance.
• Provide high-quality medical care to a variety of animals, including diagnosing diseases, performing surgeries, and administering vaccinations.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
• Train and mentor veterinary staff to ensure up-to-date practices.
• Ensure the clinic complies with laws and high welfare standards.
• Develop and implement growth strategies including marketing and client retention.
• Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, budgeting, and inventory management.
