Job summary

The Practice Administrator at Alpine Physician Partners oversees day-to-day operations of one or more clinics in Colorado, coordinating front office and back-office administration to align clinical quality, growth and financial objectives with patient and staff engagement.

This leadership role partners with the lead physician to monitor budgets, improve performance, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a safe, high-performing clinic culture across the Colorado region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Experience leading cultural change and performance improvement in healthcare.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front and back-office administration, including hiring, scheduling, and billing.
• Monitor budgets and expenses; partner with leadership on cost optimization.
• Ensure clinic compliance with regulations and promote patient and staff engagement.
• Lead efforts to improve performance across key metrics and patient satisfaction.
