Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of healthcare management experience.
• Ability to lead productive, engaged teams and work with providers.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and billing in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with clinic information systems and EMR.
• Knowledge of HMO, PPO, and capitated contracts.
• Strong leadership, transparency, integrity and relationship-building.
• Ability to manage under pressure and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Support vision and culture aligned to patient care and operational excellence.
• Participate in groups and committees to drive improvements in care center operations.
• Provide effective support and resolution on service-line issues.
• Analyze program goals, project needs, and resource requirements with potential funding sources.
• Use performance metrics to review census, finances, patient and provider satisfaction, and safety standards; drive improvements.
