Job summary

Golden State Orthopedics and Spine is seeking a Clinic Lead to oversee clinical operations and staff coordination in Michigan. You will train staff, coach teammates, and facilitate communication between team members and leadership, while ensuring quality patient care and adherence to standards.

You will also assist with scheduling, performance tracking, and implementation of new workflows, taking part in timecard verification and KPI development as directed by clinic leadership.

Qualifications

• 2 years in medical office
• CMA certificate or equivalent experience
• High school diploma or GED Certificate

Responsibilities

• Assisting in training new team members and supporting ongoing skill development through coaching and feedback
• Facilitating communication between the team and management, relaying important feedback and information
• Tracking team progress, ensuring quality standards are met, and report on performance to leadership
• Assisting with managing the schedules of all Clinic staff, including managing time off schedules and daily call outs
• Assisting in the evaluation of all Clinic staff; participates in development of key performance indicators for each position
• Assisting with verification of timecard data with the direction of the Clinic Manager or Clinic Supervisor
• Patient care responsibilities as assigned, including scheduling and organizing patient flow and assisting with procedures
• Scheduling patient appointments, scheduling referrals to other physicians
• Adhering to HIPAA, OSHA and Red Flag Rule
• Acts as a superuser for new business initiatives
