We are a medical spa focusing on beauty is more than skin deep with our anti-aging and wellness treatments including body contouring and sexual wellness solutions, located in Chesterfield, MO. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Motivate the team as well as hold others accountable through monthly goal review and achievement
  • Manage daily motivational meeting to set intention for the day
  • Welcome clients in a friendly manner as they enter the clinic
  • Manage front of the house operations and team
  • Serve as direct report for all clinic staff
  • Manage clinic operations
  • Create monthly schedules for all team members and ensure clinic coverage during all hours and business needs
  • Track and approve all RTO/PTO and manage sick days
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalated client concerns
  • Create documentation and including robust reports and presentations
  • Event Planning
  • Answer incoming calls and lead conversion as well as management of the CEC operations and team
  • Client retention strategies and execution
  • Inventory management
  • HR needs including hiring, termination and corrective action as needed
  • Develop and execute sales
  • Handle all front desk tasks, leading by example
  • Schedule the clients next appointments and understand protocols and policies to enforce them
  • Receive client payments and conduct end of day sales report
  • Upsell additional treatments and memberships
  • Train new staff and conduct refresher trainer for pre-existing staff
  • Order and track office supplies
  • Serve as a backup to the Client Experience Concierge role
  • Assist the medical providers as needed
  • Serve as a backup to all non-clinical positions should there be an unscheduled absence
  • Be a skinBe expert
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years in a customer service, client oriented environment
  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience or desire to learn
  • Very comfortable with new computer programs and tech (computer, iPad, POS systems, etc.)
  • Must demonstrate great attention to detail
  • Must be able to multitask
  • High reliability and flexibility
  • Weekends and evening hours required (we are closed on Sundays)
Compensation:

Competitive compensation with pay range of $48,000-$70,000 depending on experience, with a base salary plus incentive/bonus package. Comprehensive benefits offerings.
