Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Knowledge of filing and charting procedures.
• Ability to use calculator and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient service requirements and establish rapport with patients and staff.
• Promote collaboration to improve patient access and outcomes.
• Assist with orientation and training of new team members.
• Ensure patient flowsheet/check-out is completed for each visit.
• Perform fibroscans and prepare for provider examination with accurate orders.
• Document patient care in EMR and 340B tracker.
• Educate patients on medications and refill processes.
