A leading multi-disciplinary rehabilitation facility in North Carolina seeks a motivated Office Manager to oversee clinic operations. The role includes managing staff schedules, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and enhancing the financial performance of the rehab center through data reporting. Ideal candidates will have management experience in a pediatric setting and familiarity with medical billing systems.

About the Job
The Office Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the clinic. Coordinates and supervises operation and duties of clinic staff.
Responsibilities
Assure clinic is open and appropriately staffed during regularly scheduled hours and special events and that all facilities and equipment are available, operational, safe, and clean
Assure employees conformity to the Company corporate values, policies and procedures
Develop monthly staff schedule, review timecards, and provide input to payroll calculation
Create reports in Excel to allow management to measure financial performance of rehab center
Resolves and approves billing holds, financial refunds and accounting corrections
Interact with customers, review customer feedback, and address customer service issues.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent and minimum of two years management experience, preferably in a pediatric outpatient physical rehabilitation setting
Familiarity with medical billing systems, medical coding, and basic medical terminology
Proficient with use of Electronic Medical Records/Patient Scheduling/Practice Management systems
Experience in HIPAA, medical coding, blood borne pathogens, emergency procedures, and other clinical/administrative issues
