Job summary

North Memorial Health in Robbinsdale, MN is seeking a Clinic Office Assistant to set the stage for an exceptional patient experience by coordinating registration, scheduling, and all clerical aspects of care.

You will facilitate communication between patients and staff, verify patient information, and support front desk operations in a busy infectious disease clinic. This is an on-site role with benefits and growth opportunities.

About this position

The Clinic Office Assistant is primarily responsible for setting the stage for the best customer experience. Accomplished by facilitating good communication between customers and staff, accurate registration and scheduling of office and procedural appointments, and effectively coordinating all clerical aspects of the customer’s medical care, including required customer identification.

Experience

• Previous scheduling and/or registration experience in a health care setting preferred.
