This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends or holidays, and a strong focus on staff development, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. The position supports growth in a mission-driven healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing experience.
• Current California RN license.
• 5+ years of nursing experience.
• 2+ years of RN leadership experience.
• 3+ years of ambulatory care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor nurses, medical assistants, and clinical support staff.
• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure exceptional patient care.
• Partner with physicians and leadership to improve care delivery.
• Support regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, and patient safety efforts.
