Job summary

The role involves assessments, direct patient care, and collaboration with the care team. Ideal candidates have an active RN license in Wisconsin and experience in a clinical setting. Qualifications

• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (primary care, outpatient, or urgent care preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, including vitals and health history.
• Provide direct patient care such as wound care and injections.
• Assist physicians with exams and procedures.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans.
• Administer medications and document care.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Ensure a safe and clean clinic environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic Nurse to join our team. This role is central to delivering patient-focused care in our Direct Primary Care model, supporting physicians and ensuring seamless clinical operations. The position is Monday–Friday, daytime hours only—no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, including vitals, health history, medications, and allergies.
• Provide direct patient care such as wound care, injections, immunizations, and diagnostic testing.
• Assist physicians with exams, procedures, and treatments.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and follow-up instructions.
• Administer medications and document care per established protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinical standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient clinic environment while following infection control protocols.
• Support patient flow and clinic operations for an outstanding patient experience.
• Collaborate with the care team across Solstice Health locations as needed.
