Sploot Veterinary Care in Denver is seeking a Clinic Medical Director to lead and mentor a high-performing team, practicing gold-standard medicine while shaping clinic culture and clinical standards. Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree licensed in Colorado.
• 5+ years of clinical experience with leadership or mentorship experience.
• Passion for team-building and driving outcomes.
• Strong organizational and strategic skills; able to set and drive standards.
• Visionary mindset aimed at evolving veterinary care.
• Bonus: experience with surgeries and dentals.

As Clinic Medical Director, you’ll practice gold-standard medicine while leading and mentoring a high-performing medical team.
