Responsibilities

Assist physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental, and organizational tasks. Manage appointment scheduling and patient charts. Provide information to patients to help them utilize clinic services effectively. Represent the organization positively.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent or relevant experience required for new hires effective April 2014.
2. Medical Assistant (MA) Certification or higher-level certification/licensure preferred.
3. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
4. Minimum one year work experience in a public contact role.
5. Healthcare work experience preferred.
