Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) to lead daily clinical and operational activities in our outpatient setting. The role focuses on delivering personalized patient care, driving outcomes, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

The ideal candidate has a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, active or eligible PT license, and at least one year of experience. Comprehensive benefits, sign-on, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Desire to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a personalized plan of care for patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
• Objectively measure patient outcomes using software.
• Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Manage the daily operations of the clinic, including financial, administrative, and personnel aspects.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture.
