Job summary

Crossover Health in Purchase, NY is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the clinical and administrative operations of a multi-disciplinary primary care service, aligned with our quadruple aim and patient-centered care model.

You will implement standards, manage the care team including nurses and navigators, handle scheduling and onboarding, and collaborate across departments to ensure regulatory compliance and a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Active RN license and current BLS certification.
• Experience opening, operating, and managing a multi-speciality clinic.
• Minimum 3 years leading a clinical team and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Implements standards of care and operations workflows.
• Provides patient care with phlebotomy and immunization services
• Resolves customer inquiries about clinic services and hours
• Manages inventory and replenishes medical supplies
• Co-leads clinic-wide huddles and keeps staff informed of communications
• Manages schedule for efficient staff coverage including PRN pools
• Hires, coaches and develops staff; assists onboarding
• Guides care team members across nurses, hosts, and navigators
• Develops plans with multidisciplinary teams to maximize clinic utilization
• Partners to develop new services and improve existing ones
• Leads events supporting client goals and health strategies
• Ensures regulatory compliance with internal QA and audits
