Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our physical therapy clinics in the Chicago area. You will oversee operations, supervise therapists and staff, and drive growth while ensuring compassionate, high-quality patient care.

The role requires a PT degree and IL license, with strong leadership and financial skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus as we serve diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Current IL Physical Therapy license required.
• Strong leadership, financial, and organizational skills preferred.
• Experience in clinic management or healthcare leadership preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of PT clinics and ensure high-quality service.
• Perform patient evaluations and care, integrating therapy with management.
• Lead and mentor a team of physical therapists and staff.
• Develop growth strategies to serve diverse and underserved populations.
• Manage clinic finances and resources in line with mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our physical therapy clinics, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Perform patient evaluations and care, integrating hands‑on therapy with strategic management.
• Lead and mentor a team of physical therapists and support staff, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
• Develop strategies for practice growth with a focus on serving diverse and underserved populations.
• Manage clinic financials and resources, aligning them with our mission of accessible, high‑quality care.
• Uphold compliance with healthcare regulations while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient services and integrated care.

Schedule

• Full time - Monday to Friday, including two evenings to accommodate patient needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Required)
• Current IL Physical Therapy License (Required)
• Strong leadership, financial, and organizational skills (Preferred)
• Proven experience in clinic management or a leadership role in a healthcare setting (Preferred)
• Spanish language proficiency (Preferred)
