Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of our physical therapy clinics and to lead a team of therapists and staff with a focus on compassionate, high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on patient evaluation experience with strategic management to drive growth and accessibility.

Requirements include a Doctorate/Medicine in Physical Therapy (or equivalent), an active IL license, and proven leadership in a clinic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current IL Physical Therapy License is required.
• Strong leadership, financial and organizational skills.
• Clinic management or healthcare leadership experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of physical therapy clinics and ensure service quality.
• Perform patient evaluations and care, integrating hands-on therapy with management.
• Lead and mentor therapists and support staff to uphold excellence and compassion.
• Develop strategies for practice growth, serving diverse populations.
• Manage clinic financials and resources in alignment with mission.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality.
