Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Aurora, IL is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of our physical therapy clinics and ensure exceptional patient care. You will evaluate patients, integrate hands-on therapy with clinic management, and mentor a team of therapists and staff.

Lead growth initiatives to expand access for diverse and underserved communities while managing finances, compliance, and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Required).
• Current IL Physical Therapy License (Required).
• Strong leadership, financial, and organizational skills (Preferred).
• Spanish language proficiency (Preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our physical therapy clinics, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Schedule:

• Full time - Monday to Friday, including two evenings to accommodate patient needs.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Required)
• Current IL Physical Therapy License (Required)
• Strong leadership, financial, and organizational skills (Preferred)
• Proven experience in clinic management or a leadership role in a healthcare setting (Preferred)
• Spanish language proficiency (Preferred)
