Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Illinois seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of physical therapy clinics, delivering exceptional service and patient care. You will lead therapists and support staff, drive practice growth for underserved communities, and manage finances while ensuring regulatory compliance and confidentiality.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with two evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current IL Physical Therapy License is required.
• Experience in clinic management or leadership in healthcare preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of physical therapy clinics and ensure service delivery.
• Perform patient evaluations and integrate hands-on therapy with management.
• Lead and mentor therapists and staff, promoting excellence and compassion.
• Develop growth strategies focusing on underserved populations.
• Manage clinic financials and resources aligning with mission.
• Ensure healthcare regulations compliance and patient confidentiality.

• Oversee the daily operations of our physical therapy clinics, ensuring exceptional service delivery
